• All fees are non-refundable except as specifically provided in our quality guarantee

We guarantee that leads delivered meet the agreed-upon qualification criteria. If a lead does not meet these criteria, we will provide a replacement lead at no additional charge. Quality disputes must be reported within 30 days of lead delivery.

RoboFlexx is committed to protecting user data and lead information. We collect, process, and store data in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable data protection laws. Users are responsible for their own compliance with privacy laws when using leads provided by our service.

8. Intellectual Property

All content, technology, and intellectual property related to RoboFlexx services remain the property of RoboFlexx. Users are granted a limited, non-exclusive license to use our services for their intended business purposes.

9. Limitation of Liability

RoboFlexx's liability is limited to the amount paid for services in the preceding 12 months. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.

Either party may terminate this agreement at any time with written notice. Upon termination, users remain responsible for payment of all outstanding fees for services rendered.
